Terms apply upon purchase. Credit Card on file is required to reflect our cancellation policy. Package cancellation window is 30 days from purchase and the remaining balance will be credited on a Blink store card. No call no shows forfeit all promotional offers for that appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee BEFORE ELIGIBILITY FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
